Normally when ppl see dirty kids they will go like "Lah Cha Meow" (dirty cat).I have no idea why they call kids that is dirty Lah Cha Meow. But this is my version of the Lah Cha Kau Chai.(Kau Chai = Lil doggie. My son was born in the year of doggie).
Normally the super clean mom will go like "Arghhhh!! So dirty!". But I'm not the super clean + perfect mum and I like him to explore things by himself. He's improving, although he looked super dirty. At least I can't see any mee on the floor this time. Yipee!
Hahaha, everytime I see Jayden, he makes me laugh. This time I am reminded of what he said, "Hold spoon on left hand and pick up noodles with right hand and put in mouth". At least he is consistent.
ReplyDeleteActually, it is nice to see kids his age enjoying his food so much! When my kids were always thin (but their diet was not tremendous), my GP told me not to worry. As long as they are healthy, they're fine. Now, they can't stop eating!
This lah cha kau chai is eating so well! :)
I wanted to say many times liao but keep forgetting. The gif dem cun, can move move wan.
ReplyDeleteJudy: Yeah he hold spoon but he don't use it . Farnie boy!

ReplyDeleteWAY TO GO JAYDEN!!!!! hey terror la your son, my sister's 3-year old kid just started eating all by himself only recently coz she's one of those superclean moms! me... i think even though i'm fussy, i want to be able to let my kid explore things all by himself too. and anyway, can always bring a spare outfit and some wet wipes anyway!!!
ReplyDeleteNormally people will say "lah cha meow" wan. First time heard lah cha kau chai. Kakakaka...Jayden picking up fast.
ReplyDeleteHey, we're in the same gang of Moms! I'm very happy I let Lucas eat by himself too. Paying off, huh?
ReplyDeleteBtw, I thought Chinese don't like calling their sons "little doggies" one?? (scratch head) Coz I once said that my son is like a little dog and my friend said, "Aiyoh! Why you so bad call your son a dog???" Confusedlah...

ReplyDeleteCats are not dirty wor. they are one of the cleanest animals!
ReplyDeleteI used to make my son eat with style, hehehe.... it means not eating like a cock - scattering the food all over the place! Macam typhoon. Then I find it very stressful for him. So later let go and let him enjoy his food. The most make him take a bath again. :)
Ahhh... I still remember those days when my kids used to do this. I just biarkan only as long as they diam-diam eat rite? Eh but a few times kena food poisoning so must jaga-jaga abit.
