B Free Bottle

I wanted to blog about this long time edi..but think think no point la... But think again..good things must share ma.. right?

Anyway, my son get colic very often although we're using Avent-the so called best bottle around that can prevent colic.Then my friend recommended me BFree. According to her, you don't even need to burp your baby after feeding.But I still try to burp him..cos that's when i bond with my lil darling. Since PlaneteEnfant is so near, so I decided to go and just buy 1 to try.

The design is very much similar to Avent and Dr. Brown. But the special feature of this bottle is the teat-super soft teat. This is how the bottle looked like:

So What's the function for all the funny looking parts in this bottle?

TEAT

Super soft teat. My Jayden loves it. I've even changed my Avent teat to Bfree Teat so that my Avent bottles don't go to waste. Here's what they say about the teat:
The teats are designed with the most delicate mouth in mind. The vent guarantees that the teats will not collapse. This means we can make the teats softer than any other type of silicone teat. The teats are available in 4 different flow rates to suit babies from 0 to 18 months.

AIR VENT, ANTI BUBBLE TUBE & BLUE VALVE

You will see uncomfortable air bubbles develop in all conventional unvented bottles. This is caused by vacuum pulling air through the teat into the bottle. These bubbles mix with the liquid which more than quadruples the amount of air that can enter the baby’s digestive system. If swallowed during feeding, these air bubbles can cause colic symptoms such as wind and posseting.

When a vacuum builds up in conventional bottles, your baby is forced to suck harder and harder to create a flow of liquid.Scientists have established that this sucking can cause a negative pressure to form in the middle ear. This can pull harmful liquid along the Eustachian tube into the middle ear. Medical studies verify that this pressure is a contributing factor in causing middle ear infection. The unique vent on the B·free® feeding system prevents the need for sucking unnaturally hard and thereby reduces the risk of middle ear infection.

The revolutionary air vent has 3 simple snap together pieces. At the end of the anti-bubble tube is a heat sensor device. It will change from purple to pink when the temperature of the feed is heated above the recommended level of 37°C.

The anti bubble tube inside our bottle agitates the granules of the formula milk. As you shake the bottle the granules hit the tube and break. This makes it easier to mix the formula. You just have to shake the bottle gently from side to side 3 to 4 times.

But to me, the most important point here is that Jayden is not drinking from a bottle which contains dangerous chemical and another important : he don't get colic so often or ever after using this bottle. His appetite increased, he started to drink 6oz every 3 hours, then he got sick and only drink 2oz every 3 hours and now he drinks 8oz every 2 1/2 hours. Maybe you'll say that its because he is growing that's why his appetite increased...But i believe its because he is growing and his tummy is free from wind. :)

What’s wrong with the world.

WTF is wrong? War, Rape and Murder. I felt that its so unsafe to live in this world already. No wonder ppl start to book space in the moon to stay. At least if got crime, it’ll happen much slower and maybe can avoid being killed.

This morning while feeding my son, I watched MHI and they’re reading headlines from our local newspaper. Another girl got rape and murdered and another got snatched and fell down and mampus-ed this morning. And most of these happened because some SOB want to get his fix badly, so go and snatch and robe ppl..So got money edi, buy drugs and enjoy..high high edi go rape and murder ppl samo. SPKHKC!

These ppl should not be jailed only. They need to be treated the same way they treat their victim. They should be gang rape by a bunch of AIDS gay guys, cut their KKC and make jeruk for the tigers to eat, or just cut out the KKC and do some plastic surgery and stick it on their head. So ppl can recognize them with the dick on the head.

You guys wont understand why I’m so pissed with this kinda ppl. Not that I got raped before la. CHOI! But I’ve stayed with a drug addict uncle before. And for the period of time when he was with us, our life is always in fear and because of that, my mum brought me to my dad’s workshop. So I grew up surrounded by cars, screwdrivers, grease, oil and blablabla.

I used to stay at home with my grandma. But my uncle used me and my bro (the only son) to threatened my grandma to get money for his fix. He would pinch my tights until its blue black and he would place my bro on top of the lazy susan (on the dining table) and turn him around while asking him to write his A-B-C. Of coz when turn-turn the writing sure senget-senget wan. He then uses that excuse to slap my brother. And sometimes he will tell my grandma that he is bringing my brother out to buy ice cream. Fearing that after the buying ice cream session, my brother will not return anymore..(Only grandson ma..) She gave him money and that kinda torture lasted for many many years.

All of us (4 of us) slept in the same bedroom. Not that our house have limited bedroom but it’s easier for my mom to monitor us. There’s this special lock that my mum installed from her room that can open and close our door. (cool eh?) I’m always dressed in dark clothes cos its so dirty at the workshop and I always play with giant plastic covers (that my dad used to cover ppl’s car seat) and make clothes out of it with staples. My bro ended up developed fixing car skills and that’s the only thing he can do now. My mum was so afraid that my uncle will influence him, so he’s not allowed to go anywhere besides the workshop after school hours.

My uncle was in and out of rehab centers. I think he tried all the rehab centers in Malaysia. (Must enter Malaysia Book of Records). He will even stand at the roadside and sell my dad’s car- freshly pumped petrol to anyone that can offer him money. Jialat or not???

It all ended when my Grandpa makes the final call to the police and caught that bugger up and locked him up. He was then in rehab for very long time and then he joined a church and later became a pastor. Now he owns a Rehab center and he’d help anyone that come to him. Thank god his kids is not infected with any diseases. But this experience of his really made a deep scar in all our family members and all his ex-gfs. Because of drugs, he wasted nearly 35 years doing nothing, he spent most of my grandpa’s fortune, he broke up with few wonderful girls and most important he made our life miserable that time.

So now u know why I so tuulan with drug addicts. They’re really sampah masyarakat. If know how to make a u-turn also nevermind (Maybe they never attend driving course la) samo wanna kill and rape…pity the family members have to live with that kind of shame and fear.

Not a normal Sunday afterall…

Our Sunday morning is normally like this
Wake up
Feed baby
Bath Baby
Pack things
Go Breakfast.
Then decide where to go jalan-jalan.
But this weekend its different. Cos Mr.Chan wants to go car-shopping. So let’s go.

I don't know why Mr Chan is so semangat this Sunday. We went to 2 different places to see 2nd-hand car. Then of cos, its my turn pulak to shop lor.. Went to Sunway Pyramid and had lunch. Venue: Bar-b-Q Plaza, Sunway Pyramid. Origin: Thailand.....

I think it’s a new place cos the deco looks new..the tables look new..and of cos the wok look damn new oso. So here's what we ordered...

Pork bbq set and top up RM1.50 for the Garlic Fried Rice. The BBQ set comes with Pork Slices, Bacon, Prawn, Sotong, Cabbage and errr that's all la. Then, got the sauce la..
Special Sauce wor..got BBQ Sauce, Garlic, Cili Padi and Lime. Mix all together...and dip the pork when its cooked. It's not bad...quite nice oso. Here's how you cook the babi...(tidak dijamin halal ok?)

So what did we use to oil the wok? 2 pcs of pork fat. Just leave it inthe middle from the beginning until the end. Usually when we go makan-makan in bbq or steamboat places, its damn hot and stuffy. This place is so cold..and most important the ventilation system is good. Looking at the plate down here..I believe we'll be back for another round-but not so soon. Then we went back to my mom's place. Sundays normally is Family Day. Ah Ma cooking day. The day that I will have my Vinegar Pork Leg/Sambal Udang/Salted Fish with Toufu Pok/Big Big Steam Fish/Sweet Sour Pork/blablablablabla. The dished that I normally don't cook. But mom came home late from somewhere and she said ..." Let's go Jalan Alor eat Ah Wah Kai Yek". And our usual orderings...Of cos..Wong Ah Wah Kai Yek..Then My Balitong..cos i wanna practive my kissing ma.. hehe

that usually goes with this Everyone did quite a good job...But of cos i never forget about you la....Nah..this is for you.
*sigh* You see la.. how to loose weight? Luckily not very Sunday oso like dat. If not, I can join Lydia Sum's gang already. Anyway, after eating BBQ,CHIC WING and all the blablabla up there..sure got sore throat wan...so must drink...

*slurps* Ahhhh like this only complete wan ma..

U wanna loose weight?

There was 1 point in time that I was under postnatal depression. Mostly due to the postnatal weight gain. No time to go exercise...must continue to eat...but wanna loose weight...What can you do???

So buy U-zap lor.I know I was buying "hope" instead of reality but I was under depression ma...Cannot meh?

What's next? See doctor to get some medicine to loose weight lar... Confirm to loose 5 kgs in 2 weeks time plus NO EXERCISE wor!

Water Consumption-IMPORTANT :

• 7am - 12pm : 1.5 L
• 1pm - 7 pm : 1.5 L

DINNER

Choose one of these:

1. Soup (Chicken, Fish, Beef, Blablabla) any amount
2. Yong Tau Foo (Stuffed Fish, Lady Finger, Chili, Toufu with Chili gravy only)
3. Sotong Kangkung 1/3, Steam Boat Style
4. Stuffed Toufu , Steam or claypot
5. Chicken Sausage 1-2 pcs (Steam or boiled) + salad
6. Any of these - tuna, sardine, chicken, prawn, beef or 2 biji of hard boiled eggs) + vege/salad
7. Broccoli 300g boiled with cream of mushroom chicken soup in microwave for 5 mins

Dessert : 1 pc of fruit. Recommended: papaya, guava or watermelon.

Special Note: NO EXERCISE ALLOWED.

Here's the summary of your diet:

Of course before you proceed with the program, the doctor need to measure your height, your weight, check your blood pressure and all la. Then find your ideal weight for your height and if you're healthy enough to go for the program...then pay money lor. This program for 2 weeks costs me about RM100.00

How did I find out about this Clinic? Through my sis...She went and she managed to loose about 10kgs. And then she got pregnant (if you're slim [but not too thin] the chances to get preg is higher) and then she went for the program again and managed to loose the weight tat she wanted. So I though, what the hell. If she can do it, so can I. Moreover I've lost 12kgs before what...

So, now you're wondering did I manage to loose the 5.5 kgs?

Well...

Errr...

I only managed to go on the diet program for 1 day only instead of the 2 weeks. How to eat so little and drink 3Litre of water a day? Bloated like a balloon man...The worst part is that, I don't even have the energy to carry Jayden after 1 whole day or dieting.

So it's back to natural diet. Cut on rice intake, less fattening stuff and drink more water lor.
